In Speaker’s Starter classes, beginners don’t wait until they’re “ready” :)
We start with what you already have – even if that’s just curiosity and a few sounds.
Slowly, gently, without pressure, Ukrainian becomes something you can actually use.
Take the language for a walk out of the classroom and talk way more than you think you’re ready for.
You’ll get recommendations that fit you –
books, films, music, podcasts… not a generic list, but things that make you want to stay with the language a bit longer.We’ll learn how to rest with the language.
And yes, also play with it.
Not everything has to feel productive or “hard work” to count as learning.Grammar will be there. Of course.
But often we’ll first look for connection –
and only then name the tense or the rule (sometimes later… sometimes much later).There’s also space to pause and reflect.
Because your learning process matters. Your pace matters. How it feels matters.
And then slowly, usually without noticing the exact moment –
you start being yourself in Ukrainian.
With your stories. Your humor. Your reactions.
